Hey guys welcome back to my channel. Today I am here to tell you guys how you can get rid of tiny bumps on your face. These bumps are not pimples and they just lay under the skin. They appear on foreheads, under your eyes or even on your cheeks. If you suffer from this problem then this video is going to save your life. Step 1 - Cleansing wash your face properly with a gentle cleanser before starting this treatment. You can use any clearer that works for you. Wherever you wash your face massage your face with the cleanser for a good 2 mins to make sure your face is completely clean and wash off with normal tap water and always tap your face dry with a clean towel or a tissue. Step 2 - Toner After cleansing you need a very good toner that can balance your skin's pH levels and Apple Cider Vinegar is the best ingredient for that. You have to choose a good ACV like this one which says it has the mother in it which means its in the pure form. So what you need to do is to take a clean bottle and fill 3/4 th of it with purified water and fill the rest with ACV. Remember the ratio of water and acv should be 3:1. Now shake it well. You can store this in room temperature until it finishes. It won’t expire or anything. Apply this immediately after cleaning your face. Apple cider vinegar can be used as a toner to treat a bumps on your face. It can be used as a toner because of its anti-inflammatory properties. Use this toner only once a day preferably at night. Step 3 - facial spray. For this you only need 2 green tea bags and 1 cinnamon stick. Take a Glass and put the tea bags and the cinnamon sticks into it. Now add hot water into the glass and let it brew until the water come to the room temperature. Now simply fill it in a spray bottle. You can store this in the fridge for a month. Spray it all over your face after using the ACV toner. BTW guys you can use this whenever you feel like or how many ever times you want. Green tea can help improve your skin's texture, leaving you with a healthy glow. The antioxidants in green tea also help reduce the bumps on your face. The antibacterial properties of Cinnamon helps to eliminate the bacteria that cause bumps on your face. step 4 - Moisturising For this you will only need aloe vera gel and vitamin e oil. Take a clean container and add 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel and also the oil From 1 vitamin e capsule. Mix both of them very well. Thats it, Your cream is ready. Apply this all over your face especially over the area where you have bumps. The aloe vera gel features cooling properties that can be soothing for skin and can be used to reduce skin irritation and inflammations such as bumps on the face and also acne and eczema." Vitamin e oil combined with aloe vera is the best moisturiser for your skin. Apply this moisturiser day and night before going to bed. Follow this 4 steps daily until the bumps disappear from your face which will only take you a couple of days.
