Evaluate Creators Before Outreach

Many teams lose time not because they cannot find creators, but because they move into outreach too early.

Start from one stable creator identity

  • Prefer creator_id if you already have it from a prior creator read
  • If not, the first read can start from a creator URL or a platform + channel-id pair
  • Once the read returns creator_id, keep using that same identity across analysis, contact retrieval, and monitoring

Key questions

  • Is this creator worth more time and budget?
  • Does the audience match the target market?
  • Are there clear signs of risk or instability?

Suggested evaluation order

  1. Review overall credibility and abnormal signals first
  2. Confirm whether the audience matches the target market
  3. Confirm whether the creator is stable enough to move into contact retrieval or monitoring
  4. Move into contact preparation only after the evaluation path is coherent

When not to move straight into outreach

  • You have not confirmed audience fit yet
  • Performance signals do not support the collaboration expectation
  • There are visible controversy, fraud, or stability concerns

Recommended outcomes

  • Continue toward contact or monitoring
  • Keep the creator under observation
  • Exclude the creator early
